I tried to do it and the drains were old and an odd setup with no discharge to be found Roberto came out and after explaining the issue he was able to troubleshoot the problem and cleaned out the drains. It's 11pm on a Thursday. Your 20 guests have gone home, the kids are asleep, and you're ready to put your feet up, when you suddenly notice that your kitchen sink has water in it that seems to have Risen From The Deep. You reach for the disposal and the water goes down, until you notice that it's now rising in a prep sink 15 feet away. You shrink back in horror as both sinks now start to fill with brackish water as a foul stench fills the room, and you realized something is happening that is definitely beyond your ability to fix. Oakland Drain Cleaning stood out in the crowd of Yelp reviews. Roberto wrote me back within 5 minutes, and was able to swing by this morning (after A+ communication, and an on-time arrival), and had everything snaked and fixed (!) within the hour for a perfectly reasonable price. We now have a for-now fix and a sense of what needs to be fixed to keep this from happening again (old house, old pipes, nothing surprising - we knew we'd have to replace a few parts eventually, and now we know the time is now), and we are just so immensely grateful. Roberto was responsive, on-time, and got the job done really fast and clean. I needed to replace a pressure regulator. Messaged him through Yelp, and within one minute he responded. I sent him photos and videos of the problem, get a quote, and appointment all within less than 15 minutes. Very friendly and professional. On the day of the appointment he arrived on-time, and get right to the job. It was done fast. After it was done, he took the time to explain how to adjust the pressure. I am really happy with the service. Fast, easy, friendly, professional.
